how it works

Pilates, yoga and meditation classes are tailored to your lifestyle and goals. We work around you - so you can rehabilitate a back injury at the office or tone target areas in the privacy of your home. 

 

1. Choose your objectives (i.e  rehabilitate injury / meditation & mindfulness /body conditioning / improve flexibility)

2. Request a time and place for your class 

3. Decide if you want to go solo or share a class with friends or colleagues

4. We deliver equipment before your class and your teacher comes to you

5. Want to practise after your class? We send personalised videos to your inbox so you can do just that
